Description

Espec ESS style environmental chamber. Interior dimensions: 48" wide X 72" deep X 75" tall. Exterior dimensions: 11 feet wide X 7' deep X 117" tall with fan motors ( 108" tall without motors). Dual access front and rear doors with thermal windows. Air circulation: Horizontal using dual 10hp centrifugal fans (extremely high air flow). Refrigeration: Dual 30hp Copeland semi-hermetic compressors, single stage using 404A, water-cooled. Ramp rate: 10C per minute. Temperature range as stated: +175 to -20C. Heat: Six banks of 15KW. Controller: JC Systems. Voltage: 440-480 volts / 3 phase / 300 amps. Has dry-air purge, this eliminates condensation on cold ramps. Chamber can run on one 30hp compressor providing reduced energy consumption and power requirements if fast ramping in not required.
System sold in running condition at our warehouse in St Petersburg Florida.
Chamber will run continuously for 72 hours with 8 hour soaks at -20C and +85C to quality assurance prior to shipping.  Performance will be recorded on paper chart, scanned and emailed to you.
Each compressor requires dual 2" water supply, 55 gpm's @ 85F inlet @ 35psi.   (2hp water pump will deliver 55 gpm's)
Chamber professionally refinished with industrial Sherwin Williams Polan enamel.
Chamber controller is upgraded to FutureDesign MTC4.
