US DOMESTIC (L48) SALES ONLY! Vintage Miss Barbie head sold AS IS.  Has the typical melt marks and hairs from wigs stuck on head.  Has the orange head band.
Eyes open and shut well.  The "O" ring has disintegrated and is inside the head opening.  No cracks.
