Vintage Brunette Ponytail Barbie Doll - #3 or #4 ? - with Box and Booklet #850

I am not an expert on vintage Barbie dolls but have done some research on this beauty which I'm selling for the original owner.  She stated that she was too old for Barbie when it was gifted to her so didn't play with her much.  She confessed to taking the hair out of the original high-ponytail because she liked to comb her dolls' hair.
I have not taken the hair out of the band that it has been in for decades.  I tried to take as many helpful photos as possible.  I suspect that this Barbie is either #3 or #4 but I could be wrong.  The mark on the butt is "TM", not "R".  I did use some warm water, Ivory liquid and a cotton swab to wash her skin a bit.  There are still marks on her right front knee and her face is a bit mottled.  The box was taped decades ago but otherwise is in very good condition.  Feel free to ask for more photos or any questions since I really don't know what I'm doing here.  Thanks for stopping by.
