Vintage Barbie Round Pedestal Stand Marked "R" Japan

Description

Stand has been gently cleaned so what you see on the plastic base is scratches / stains.  Never owned but one of these so not sure is the metal part is supposed to be bent the way it is.  Stand leans a bit.
I can not find any cracks in the plastic.
Stand is being sold as-is.
