This is vintage Barbie's blue flare dress to #978 "Let's Dance", made by Mattel between 1960-64. It's in EXCELLENT condition! NO stains or marks! NO seam splits or holes! Fabric is clean and bright with NO fading! Ties are perfect! All snaps firmly and securely attached! Barbie R tag is securely attached, and has light fraying on end.
