BARBIE  FASHION HAT FOR THE FASHION OUTDOOR ART SHOW
This is in EXCELLENT PLUS  shape. Non smoking household. It has a couple, very faint age spots on top as seen ins cans. Very hard to detect as they are so light. I used flash to show them off better.
