Vintage 1960s Barbie Blonde Ponytail Doll With Clothing Made In Japan Mattel

Offered for sale is a vintage 1960s Barbie doll, out of a local estate.  This doll is in good overall condition, with some flaws.  It is missing a decent portion of its hair, and there is some damage to the nose and one of the hands, as seen in the pictures.  Some of the nail polish has worn off.  It is fairly dirty, and could use a good cleaning.  I will leave that up to the buyer.  The clothing has some holes and stains.  It is not the original clothing that the doll came with.  I don't know if the doll has been altered in any way.  This is exactly the way it was when I received it.  See all pictures.
I am not an expert on Barbies.  From the research I've done, this one dates to the early 1960s because of the maker's mark on the rear.  The mark reads "Barbie TM Pats Pend c MCMLVIII by Mattel Inc."  I believe it is either a number 3 or 4 ponytail doll, because the ones after that used a registered trademark symbol in the maker's mark instead of the letters TM.  It is marked Japan on the bottom of one of the feet.
