    What will be the right compressor based on the chamber size and the test required?
    The best compressor would be a "rotary screw style" air compressor. You will need at least a 1" line going from the tank to the compressor. For full capacity, you would need a 250 gallon air storage tank to assist in volume. There are some companies that make a "tankless" version, but they are very expensive.  We use an Eaton Rotary Screw Air Compressor Model PRSK070003 . It's a 7.5 HP 230 volt 3 phase. It also has a small refrigeration system built in that keeps the air dry and cool. This particular compressor comes with a 120 gallon storage tank. We added an additional 120 gallon tank for extra volume. We also use this compressor for shop/lab air and pneumatic tools. The compressor is also very quiet.
    What is the requirement for GN2 purge system since we need to run cold temperatures?
    For cold set points, you will need Ln2. You will need to contact a local Liquid Nitrogen provider. They will set you up with the correct equipment including tanks, lines, manifolds, etc...  You will also need to confirm that the chamber has been exhausted properly. Ln2 expands at a rate of 700 times and can be lethal if not properly exhausted out of the building. That chamber has an Oxygen monitor on it that will sound an alarm if it detects low levels of Oxygen.
    Gn2 purge is only required if you are trying to keep the air inside the chamber dry. This dry nitrogen, lines and tanks, etc.. can also be provided by your local gas supplier.
    What is the verified temperature and vibration limit?
    Chamber temperature range is -100c to +200c . Depending on product loading, the chamber is capable of 70 degrees c per minute. The vibration limit is 50 GRMS.
