OOAK REIMAGINED PLANTATION BELL OUTFIT on 1960s #5 RAVEN BLACK PONYTAIL BARBIE

Description

This stunning 1960s Vintage #5 Raven Black Ponytail Barbie (Barbie patent pending body) has been cleaned & restored to the extent possible for a doll played with by children. Her make-up & nails have been retouched or repainted. Eyes & eyeline appear original. Her hair has been re-styled, hard curled & appears thick & uncut. She has no chew marks, no head splits. Her arms/legs move as intended & are not swingy. She may have a few superficial scrapes/scratches, light staining & superficial dents on her body as expected for a 60 year old doll. She is wearing a (handmade by me) blue & white flowered square neck sleeveless dress accented with a blue fabric rose & white lace. The dress has 2 large side pockets secured by white buttons & the back of the dress is secured with 2 silver metal snaps. A white satin ribbon belt with pearls secured with a silver metal snap accents her dress. She carries a matching parasol. Under her dress is a white petticoat with tulle ruffles secured with a silver metal snap. She has a double strand of faux pearls around her neck & wrist & safety pearl earrings which will not turn her ears green. Her white cotton hat has a ring of blue, white & yellow fabric roses & is secured with a white satin ribbon. Her white cotton purse is accented with blue, white & yellow ribbons & 3 matching roses. Inside her purse is a white handkerchief, fingernail file, lipstick, pencil, notebook, newspaper & a white vinyl wallet with a silver metal snap that opens to reveal bills. Her white mule shoes are topped with white faux pearls.
PLEASE NOTE:
I do not know her history as I am not the original owner. She has been treated for green ear & slight discoloration remains; her fingers & toes have light red staining likely from previous red marker or fingernail polish being applied; her nipples had been pierced & although repaired, continue to be flawed; there are a couple of dark dots on her legs; there are several pin holes around her ears. She was no doubt purchased as a toy and played with by children. She is not for the collector looking to purchase a doll in mint condition. Stand not included.
I have been repairing & restoring Barbies for over 20 years & spend many hours on each Barbie. I do my best to describe all flaws & repairs, but may have missed something so please examine the pictures closely and ask questions.
